Exhibitors
An exhibition will be held at the venue of the conference, where Research Organisations, Consultants, Contractors, Manufacturers and Professional Service Providers will be able to showcase their products and services for geotechnical related activities.
The exhibition will be held indoors in an air conditioned hall (Hall No.1) where 35 stalls are arranged and additional 14 stalls are arranged in a Non-air conditioned hall (Hall No.2)
Accommodation and Travel
Accommodation is available for exhibitors at some recommended hotels in Kochi according to the conference arrangements. To book your accommodation and travel assistance, please visit the conference web page where the arrangements are detailed. Preferential rates for conference delegates/exhibitors have been negotiated through our Travel agent M/s Spiceland Holidays. All travel and accommodation related enquiries may please be routed thru this travel agent. In case you face any difficulty to do the bookings, please contact the organizing committee.
Stall details
There are stalls with dimensions 3m x 3m (9 sq.m) and 2m x 2m (4 sq.m) totaling 35 nos in Hall No.1 and 14 nos with 3m x 3m (9 sq.m) in Hall No.2 are available for the exhibition. The shell scheme stalls will be supplied with a fascia board spanning the width of the stall printed with the Organisation/company name, one 15 amp and 5 amp plug points and three spot lights. Each stall shall be supplied with one table and two chairs. The non-air conditioned halls will be provided with a pedestal fan, in addition. two attendees for each stall will be allowed.
Allocation of Stall
The stall will be allocated strictly in the order of first come first served.
It is recommended that in the process of selecting the stall, the exhibitor shall indicate the First, Second and Third preferences.
However, the allocation of the location of the stall is at the discretion of the Organizers.
One exhibitor can book more than one stall.
A floor plan of the exhibition halls is appended below for facilitating the selection of stalls.
Apart from the above in-house stall arrangement, a space in the open area near the entrance of the Convention hall, near the car park (approximately 50 sq.m) is available for exhibiting any heavy equipment, the tariff for which will be intimated by the organizing committee on contacting with the full details of space and exhibits.
